'We were so lucky to get this property, it is only 7 miles from the Bethel venue where we saw Rod Stewart in concert. The house had everything we needed, the master bed was so comfortable & high up! The nearby park was well worth the visit. We were able to attend a pancake breakfast at the nearby fire station. We spent most of our time in the porch area, nicely furnished & plenty of Hummingbirds at the feeder. We saw the deers daily. Such a great get-away for 2 Florida girls!'

'Everything is new and works well. Cottage was spotless and prepared well. Check in process, door locks, internet etc all perfect. Just a little too early in the season for leaves on trees, so didn't get the secluded feeling that we imagine would have been there just a couple of weeks later. Visited with our standard poodle - he loved it. Excellent dog park nearby.'

'The place was as advertised and more. They had everything needed for a relaxing and quiet stay. They have managed to incorporate multiple activities in one place. The outside jacuzzi, the fire pit area, the hammock area, the picnic table area, the back porch with grill area and the inside TV area with movies. We loved our stay. We recommend to all.'

'Some friends and our pups were looking to spend a nice weekend upstate with our dogs to relax and spend time, and this place was perfect. The location is GREAT! It is near hiking trails, some breweries/orchards and while we didn’t go to dinner, there were restaurants around as well. The house was as described, spacious and had a lot to offer. 'This is an excellent place. Very clean, everything you need is supplied and easy access to a large lake. Within 20 minutes there is a lot of entertainment and food. I will be back. '

'Beautiful home and lake, better than the pictures. Communication with host was great. There were some sort of birds caged in the neighbors yard behind that made VERY loud noises throughout the day/night. Also there was no propane for the grill but the kitchen was fully stocked so not an issue for us!'

'We had a wonderful time, in spite of rain. The cabin was very comfortable and well stocked. It was literally less than a quarter of a mile to the hiking trails. Our dogs were very comfortable as well. One caveat. If you are coming in via RT. 209, do not turn off of Pine Kill Rd onto David Rhodes rd. Apparently GPS thinks you can go through, but it puts you on a dead end road. If you stay on Pine Kill, it will eventually route you the right way.'
