'We had a very pleasant stay starting with a free upgrade on arrival. The room was very spacious and clean and the view over the bay was amazing. We made use of the pool and the gym which were good too. Only downside was the price of the breakfast, which was not entirely worth it.'

'I had a wonderful stay here. Great hotel, good location but the best was the wonderful staff who helped me a lot. For example after my checkin they where still able to get me in a really short period on a boat tour for the same Day. But they also give a lot of information and arranged my transfers. Great stay and will definitely come back next time.'

'This is a great hotel with amazingly attentive and kind staff who are happy to assist you with everything, a wonderfully comfortable bed and a very spacious and super clean room. We also booked the Ha Long bay cruise with Paradise group and it was perfect. 'This is a gorgeous cruise. The service is EXCELLENT AND THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. It is definitely Luxurious and they have Live Music with 2 singers that have the voices of angels. I will go back and tell my friends that this is the cruise to take for Halong Bay….Amazing!!!'

'The boat and rooms and staff were awesome. But the itinerary was lackluster. We did one kayaking stop-off and then they let us jump off the back of the boat and tread water for a bit. My previous cruise we stopped at actual locations and had guided tours.'
