I always book a hotel from that chain and the one in Ashland was no exception. Breakfast is typically US, so not the best but super bad either.'

'We stayed at this hotel from Friday through Tuesday morning — four nights — and unfortunately our room was never serviced during that time. The beds were never made, and we had to request clean towels ourselves. They did bring replacements, though one of our rooms was given towels that were dirty. We mentioned it at the front desk after the first couple of days, thinking it might be a weekend staffing issue. The employee was polite and apologized, and wrote down our request, but housekeeping...

'1. At 11pm with the thermostat set for 72 it was 70. Zero blankets on the beds. Zero toiletries in the bathroom. 2. The bed itself was hard as a slab of concrete. 3. The pillows provided were the size of throw pillows. I travel with 1 regular size single bed pillow for comparison. 4. No electricity plugs or end tables on the outside of the booth beds. So if you have 4 people with cpap machines 2 are out of luck for plugging in.'
