'This condo was a perfect start to our vacation. We were going to be getting on a catamaran to sail for a week and this property was very near the rental place, The Moorings. So thankful we booked it. Very comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful pool directly in front of a little beach. I would stay again for sure. '

'My fiancé and I stayed in this lovely condo for a week. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials we needed. The sunrise from the pier was the most magical time for us! We saw manatees, dolphin, stings rays. From the villa, you can easily walk to the grocery store and it was very easy to get a taxi to town when you wanted. Concierge and property manager were responsive and helpful. We loved our stay here so much, we are hoping Beachside Villas will let us get married here! '

'The concierge contacted us before our arrival and responded quickly to any questions. The property itself is spotless. The large veranda included a table and chairs plus lounging chairs. It's a great place to kick back and relax, in a quiet area but a short drive from restaurants and shops. We'll be back!'

'Edwin graciously collected us and drove us by pontoon boat to the other side every day twice a day for walking to shops, meals, and entertainment. The house was quiet, clean and air conditioned. Loved the thatch covered roof top and pool.'

'Our group was very impressed with the property, and the price was quite reasonable. The amenities were plentiful, and the unit and outside property were immaculate and very well cared for. Pool and beach access were perfect, and we never had to wait for lounger use anytime we went to the pool. The kitchen was also well stocked for cooking. 'If you're looking for that "Not a resort" vibe, this is your place. Quite, clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was as in obtrusive as it gets. Everything was as advertised, the atmosphere is quiet and safe. The accommodations were clean and as advertised.'
