'My stay was disappointing. I had to wait until 4 PM to check in because my room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel seems to cater mostly to blue-collar workers, with many work trucks in the parking lot. One major issue is that rooms are only cleaned once a week, which was not disclosed when booking. This should be clearly stated so guests know ahead of time. The internet is very poor, especially if you need it for work, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Overall, the hotel did not...

'I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. I always book a hotel from that chain and the one in Ashland was no exception. Breakfast is typically US, so not the best but super bad either.'

Propositioned in parking lot by mom and her 2 teen daughters. Guy smoking droogs on the side steps. Front desk was no help on addressing any of my concerns and said nobody could help. Got a refund from expedia and stayed elsewhere'

'The hotel isn’t bad. I was placed at the end of the exit door and then the people above me child was jumping up and down and making a lot of noise. So I didn’t enjoy my stay. Hotel is nice and well kept. Room is average nothing special. Not worth the price $162 price but i know location matters. Plenty parking and you will get a parking perrmit '
