'The rooms are small but cozy, as are the bathrooms. Everything looks newly renovated and looks so clean and the quality on everything was amazing, there were complimentary bottles of water and a Keurig that were both appreciated. Our TV didn’t work which was a little disappointing but everything else made up for it to where I didn’t even care. 10/10 would reccomend!!!!'

'This is a very cute well run B & B in a great part of Rochester. It’s on a quiet residential street but it is near both Park and Monroe Ave where there are a lot of good restaurants.'

'Fabulous house on the lake that was the perfect home base while our extended family was in town celebration college graduation. The house was clean & had everything we needed! The view of the lake & deck was the perfect spot to relax after all the festivities.'
