'Our apt was three flights up and there is no lift( we were told ahead of time) so it was a climb as I’m not young anymore. That said, it was nice and clean and in a very convenient location to shops and the tram. There was some noise from the adjacent buildings climate control system. All in all, a good spot for exploring New and Old town Edinburgh .'

'This is student housing. We brought our own pillows from home, which I would recommend. The beds are small, but was fine for us because we were prepared for the size/situation based on other reviews. Bathroom is tiny. Rooms are not cleaned during your stay unless you pay extra. If you have accurate expectations you will enjoy your stay here- the staff was REALLY FRIENDLY and accommodating-- the actual room was as expected, because we were expecting a dorm room! :) '
