'We spent one night while visiting our son. House and property is beautiful! Steps from river. Bedroom has huge comfy bed. Home has 3 comfy couches. Huge living room. We kayaked, fished and then watched a movie on the comfy couch with the kids. Huge porch that faces river. Many activities in town and good food options. '

Super cute towns (Ingram and Kerrville) and the nicest little market nearby with all the supplies we needed. '

Even though you have to walk a ways to the river. It's a superb place for swimming, diving, floating, just sitting. Would visit again.'
