'We had a perfect stay at Toshi Center Hotel Tokyo. We asked for a room at a high floor in advance, and they gave us one on the highest floor with an absolutely beautiful view of the Tokyo skyline. The staff was super friendly and the room was spacious and spotless. The beds were a little on the hard side, but that might be personal preference considering we still had a good night's rest.
