'Been there multiple times over recent years and we always enjoy our stay. A couple things we didn't care for this visit 1) Continuous calls from the Concierge desk. Letting us know at check in about specials and discounts is enough, i don't want notes left on our hotel door, calls, etc. 2) More pool chairs need to be set out during peak season. If every single chair is taken each morning by 9am thats annoying for guests. '

'The Sanctuary was one of the best places I have ever stayed at. It was very nice and elegant yet was not stuffy at all. We were all very comfortable on the property. The amenities were good. Lots of kids activities. The beach is quiet and clean. Service was impeccable. It will cost you though! Everything is very pricey'

'The staff at this resort hotel were very friendly and helpful. The entire site seemed especially cleanly, including the beach. The one complaint I had was rectified immediately. There are plenty of amenities, including a coffee shop (the with Starbucks coffee), a couple restaurants, bars, gift shops, pools, easy beach access, and free breakfast buffet every morning. The biggest issue I had with this location was the fact that there were only 3 elevators for the entire building, and staying on...
