'I booked a room many many months in advance a premium room and they try to well they didn't try. They did the first night put me in a deluxe room with a blocked view even though I paid for oceanfront view. They try to make it up with some credits and what not. But it didn't quite get what what I paid for. I don't think but and it was kind of run down for being a Hilton was not a nice as Hilton till I stayed at before. Especially for it being a resort. You figure it'd be a little more kept up...

'We were expecting it to be a lot nicer. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t what we expected for a Hilton hotel. Very disappointing. I think the only thing we liked was how close the walk to the beach was from the hotel. Literally just steps from the hotel so that was nice. The location wasn’t bad but they advertise a lot of amenities that you have to go to the other properties for. The ice machine was broken on several floors. Elevators extremely slow. 'We reserved 3 king bed terrace first floor rooms due to having 2 children. Desk informed me we were all on 4 th floor due to Expedia upgrade. We reserved 1st floor purposely and was told nothing we requested was available until next day . Resulting in 2 rooms having to move to first floor the next day'

'Hotel and rooms are very dated. We had a family suite, furniture is very damaged, dirty and chairs wobble from old age. This simply needs to be renovated. Very unfortunate- nice location. 3 years ago - then a beautiful room. Management acknowledges complaints - does nothing about it. They will renovate next fall. They milk it out until they can. I say- look further'

'Love the privacy even on the balconies with ocean views, pier view, pool view and all the activities within a close distance. Only issue we had was not being waited on in the hotel restaurant beside the front desk. Even afteretting the hostess know we had not been waited on, we still waited 30 minutes and it wasn't even busy. We got up and left and let the hostess know the waitor/waitress never showed and we had to go elsewhere.'

'Ama at reception was super helpful and friendly! She was great and sweet. Customer service throughout the resort was great. I don’t give it a 10 out of 10 because of the property itself pretty old they renovated and try to maintain but you can tell it’s just painting over old issues. Beach and Pool were great.'
