'Close to our sons college campus but very much in a "rough" area. Was woken at 6am three separate days and times from unhoused people knocking on the door for food or money. There was an overdose with police onsite as well as a fight between 2 women at the pool area that ended up requiring police intervention. Overall not a great long term stay, but a good reminder that you get what you pay for. '

'The communication was very bad. The host told me my unit was unavailable 30 minutes before check in and then almost refused to accommodate with another unit. The heat didn’t work in the unit and they kept saying maintenance would come but nobody ever did. Host refused to extend reservation. Saying the card declined but never attempted a charge. The unit was not up to par. '

'Communication was pretty quick! Only negatives for me to really complain about- I was here for three weeks- my fiancè and I noticed the TV wouldn't show any picture so we asked maintenence to come look at that and a handle that had come loose in the shower. They fixed the shower within 48 hours but never brought us a new TV for the living room. Not a huge deal as the one in the bedroom worked perfectly fine..some of the flooring is chewed up by the bed frame being in the same place for so long...

'Check in was 4:00pm. Had a team meeting at 5:00pm. Arrived in the metroplex early, went and got groceries, arrived at the location at 4:00pm. Messaged for the door code (phone number went to voicemail). Messaged three more times. Called VRBO, was told to wait an hour and try again. Went to my meeting, got the code while at the meeting. Returned to the rental, threw the perishables into the dumpster and finally entered the apartment at 7:00pm. Place was exactly as advertised. Timid...
