'Overall a nice place. The welcome center is beautiful. The gym is very well equipped with Hoist Equipment which is good quality. Some pulley attachments were missing, but good variety. The apartment itself was nice. A few minor things were missing like a few individual blinds from one bedroom window. The kitchen was great as was the layout. The location is great off 75 and 635, with that said, you can hear the road noise from the freeway, so if you’re a heavy sleeper, not a problem. Bed...

'There 2 people in your travel group but they only give you 2 bath towels no wash towel,it took me 3 days to even get to wash tv in the livingroom the bedroom tv I never got to wash than I reserved the apartment for another week the maintenance came in and left his mess in the bathroom. Didn’t even try to clean the bathroom up. He just left it right there and I still never got to watch the bedroom TV. I told the host as well as the maintenance man and the lady that comes around and pick up the...

'Condo was super clean and well decorated. The pool was not usable, the front gate didn’t close at night and the hot water was not hot. Garage was too small for min van to fit. Check in was easy and communication was good. The biggest concern was it was listed as luxury and I would not consider it luxury. I would say it’s affordable for what it is.'

'The place was very clean and the host was amazing. I will be studying there again.'

'Communication was pretty quick! Only negatives for me to really complain about- I was here for three weeks- my fiancè and I noticed the TV wouldn't show any picture so we asked maintenence to come look at that and a handle that had come loose in the shower. They fixed the shower within 48 hours but never brought us a new TV for the living room. Not a huge deal as the one in the bedroom worked perfectly fine..some of the flooring is chewed up by the bed frame being in the same place for so long...

'Floors were dirty I walked around bare foot got in shower black dirt was all over my feet Shower would not get warm even on full heat'

'Check in was 4:00pm. Had a team meeting at 5:00pm. Arrived in the metroplex early, went and got groceries, arrived at the location at 4:00pm. Messaged for the door code (phone number went to voicemail). Messaged three more times. Called VRBO, was told to wait an hour and try again. Went to my meeting, got the code while at the meeting. Returned to the rental, threw the perishables into the dumpster and finally entered the apartment at 7:00pm. Place was exactly as advertised. Timid...

'Future guests should be very cautious before booking with DFW Stays.I booked this property for a 13-night stay and did not spend a single night there. When I arrived, the air conditioning was not working in the bedroom, which made the unit unusable for a Dallas summer stay. The apartment also did not match the listing photos: furniture was missing or materially different from what was shown.I reported the problems and asked for a refund because the property was not as described and I could not...
