'The communication was very bad. The host told me my unit was unavailable 30 minutes before check in and then almost refused to accommodate with another unit. The heat didn’t work in the unit and they kept saying maintenance would come but nobody ever did. Host refused to extend reservation. Saying the card declined but never attempted a charge. The unit was not up to par. '
