'This was my first Vrbo experience. We had all the amenities, for way less cost than a hotel. Amazing location, easy to get to. Great host! Was understanding and kind when my cluesless self had anxiety about just walking onto a stranger's property for check-in. I highly recommend this property!'

'We arrived just prior to midnight at the property. It was difficult to locate. The grass was knee high and garbage on the front porch. We had no where else to go. The patio was dirty and unkempt. The instructions were to not wear shoes, keep the temperature at 75 degrees, not to flush toilet paper. We stayed. Mistake. 'I booked this place for my elderly father to stay while visiting us. Too many steps, everything was a trip hazard for him, the most uncomfortable bed and the noise was ridiculous so he got no sleep ! The cherry on top was the smoke from the people in the main house , it was coming through to his room. '

'Joseph's VRBO was a complete package, full kitchen with a separate laundry and dryer room, comfortable bed and living room area. Also, a big yard with a gate for safe parking and my dog to run around in. Joseph is very welcoming and communicative (when the messaging in the VRBO app works) and will work with you to make your stay even more comfortable. Walking around the neighborhood with my dog, everyone waves and stops to talk with you. I will definitely love to stay again!'

'My family booked this place for the week and we were very pleased with the location, amenities, and communication with the host. They were very supportive of our time here. And the proximity to Pasadena, Glendale, and the rest of LA is pretty good. The only thing to be aware of is street parking, as you need a permit. But overall, great place. Thank you.'

"The room were very spacious and trendy. But the walls are thin. We could hear all that was going on next door, more than we wanted. At night someone entered our room. When we told the staff member the following morning he just said 'okay' and no apology or reason. The room was not tidied when we came back the second day. Just towels that we did not want changed and the trash bins were emptied. We were very excited when we came in, but the experience itself was disappointing and the fact that someone startled us in the middle of the night was just unreal. "
