'The staff at The Boulders was uniformly excellent. The robust system of communication options (text, voice call, or in person) is supported by a 24-hour on-site transportation system by golf cart.
The grounds are pleasant.
But the facility needs maintenance. We went as a large group, renting three "casitas". One flooded. One had a stuck door and leaky bathroom. One had a strong odor of mold. The staff was able to move one of our parties to a non-moldy room, try make some emergency...

'The rooms were very clean but the design is just awful. The bathroom felt like a prison bathroom and the bulbs throughout the room were so cold it felt like you were in a hospital. Staff was very nice but I have to comment on the aesthetics of the space because the cost of the stay wasn’t inexpensive. I think this could be a great hotel but they at the very least should use warm bulbs throughout the room so it’s relaxing'
