'I was attending a conference at the Donald Stephens Convention Center and this location was very convenient to both the event and numerous food/shopping options. Worked out very well and the property manager was easy to communicate with through the process.'

'The check in process was easy. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint would be there was no house number on the outside of the house. So I had to call to verify we were at the correct house because I did not want to attempt to open a door to a wrong house.'

'Great unit! Spacious and clean. We were able to have the best family mini vacay sharing tons of laughs and memories. I believe it is family owned, which is a bonus for us. We even crossed paths with the grandmother who was very kind and accommodating. The only downside was that the neighborhood looked a bit rough in the harsh light of day. However, we only encountered polite neighbors and an adorable doggo next door.'

'The manager had unbelievable communication. He has his phone with him constantly and responds immediately. It's a good walking neighborhood lots of sidewalks and pleasant surroundings. The condo itself is exceptionally clean. For the price in that neighborhood it is a very good value.'

'Came in for the CCM World Invite hockey tournament which was spread across 3 arenas across the city. The property was a great location and easy access to those arenas. Our host was great. Very responsive and made our visit enjoyable.'

'Man the lifeboats! unit needed additional cleaning of stove and around bathroom at time of our arrival. This was accommodated by the host sending the cleaning lady back. A lot of cobwebs and dusty things. Transition strip to bathroom needed to be repaired. Sharp points sticking up. Rug needs to be cleaned or replaced. dishwasher does not seem to get dishes clean. 'I had this reservation for over two months. The Owner confirmed the reservation and on the day of the rental I sent them a note about getting access to the property and they informed me they rented to some one else and that I should call VRBO for a refund. They accepted the money then stated they forgot about my rental. Do not rent from this owner! However so far CRBO is backing up their promise.'

Small apartment but had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for what we needed. Unfortunately the listing did not say it was on the 2nd floor. I am disabled and my mother in law is 80.
