The air conditioning unit does not adjust, the laundry facilities are newer however do not accommodate the large comforter which is white and balled up probably from being mashed into a small washer with an agitator. It’s pet friendly however it is a second story apartment. The entire bathroom could be renovated. The shower doors do not slide( on track?
