She anwered all my questions very quickly, before and during, and came to do a quick/minor fix while we were there, when I mentioned the issue.The duplex is located near White Rock Lake and between the neighborhoods of Casa Linda and Lake Highlands. The light Dart rail train sound didn’t bother us at all. Lots of restaurants and stores within a 3 mile radius! A great, convenient area to be in! Plus, a mere 30 minute drive to/from Love Field Airport!...

'The house/property gets and A - it is conveniently located and the size and number of bedrooms is perfect, beautiful kitchen. What was disappointing were the amenities and cleanliness. We had our 2 1/2 year old grandson and ran around a lot with no shoes. We then looked at the bottom of our feet and they were black. Some of the pots had food crusted on them. The grill was atrocious - had to clean it before using it. There were no HAIRDRYERS in any bathroom??? The bath towels were a D- thin...
