'The house itself is good and location is great. Dealing with Vacasa is frustrating. First, there is currently construction going on in the front yard building a new main residence. They should inform you of this before you book and post actual pictures of the current situation. They added a small note in the check-in instructions sent the day of arrival. 'Alot of walking from parking garage then had to go through the crosswalk but at least it was covered then the room we were in was on the 14th floor so it was a lot of walking but overall the ocean and beach view was amazing'

Do not stay here: extra fee, dirty and long lines
"Do not stay at this property. They offer relative cheap prices on internet but charge you a resort fee at the property. This hotel does not have reception and they let you book in at the hotel next to this hotel. We had to wait for more than 45 mins to get checked in as there was only 1 person at reception. When i was checked in i received a very dirty not cleaned room. I went back to check in and after 15 min i received another room. Also this room is outdated and dirty. My advice is to stay in another hotel and if you include this hotel resort fee they are not more expensive and it will safe you a lot of time at check in and you will stay in a much cleaner and better maintained property"
