'This is an amazing property. We stayed in the king suite. Absolutely loved the covered lanai with outdoor fireplace. Used it every evening during our stay. Enjoyed the hot tub each evening as well. Our days consisted of sitting by the water enjoying the view and destressing from life. Property is minutes from downtown Westhampton Beach with great restaurants and shops. Property owner is beyond responsible to our needs and even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy during our stay. Highly recommend.'

'The property is very well located near the beach and has a nice outdoor area. It's important to know that the three spaces are separate, and the only full bathroom is on the upper floor with external stairs to reach it. Certain things were broken around the property (screen door on the 2nd floor was ripped, not all blinds functioned fully), things that should not be present at this price point.'

'We had an amazing time at Mark's house. The home is clean and well maintained with many amenities that made the weekend extra special (cool nights by the fire pit were especially awesome)! Mark gave detailed directions about the house and provided us with lots of information about the neighborhood. Plenty of space for all 12 of us to be together. Highly recommend this rental!'
