'The postives: The location cannot be beat. Very easy to get to, door locks are super convenient, and 3 bedrooms in this area was amazing. My boys were glad to not have to share a bed and room! The host is WONDERFUL to deal with, and we didn't have to do a bunch of clean up/trash removal/sheet removal as we've had to do in other VRBOs, we just had to tidy up. 'The end of the bed is RIGHT by the front door, but tbh, it didn't hinder the charm and coziness of this place. Yeah it's a bit cramped, but we weren't in NYC to stay in our room. We loved that is was right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the city. So many bodegas and pizza places and other food stops to browse within walking distance. The location on 47th and 10th Ave was amazing for restaurants and easy walk to Times Square and trains. Unit is one floor above a market on the corner so if you are a very light sleeper make sure to bring ear plugs (host provides white noise machine too). No elevator so must be able to climb a flight of stairs with luggage. Overall really great...
