'We came down from Utah to celebrate my daughter’s high school graduation. It was the perfect location. We walked to the beach and rode bikes on the boardwalk. The unit is beautiful and clean. We only wish we could have stayed longer!'

'This is a great location for someone who does not need a lot of extras. The casa is as described, very simple, and is stocked with basic supplies. Drew has designed it to bring in as much light as possible during the day. He has taken advantage of the peekaboo ocean view in his window placement in the remodeled kitchen/bar area. 'The best thing about this property is the fact that it’s 2 blocks from the beach. However the house is very old and dated and in need of some upgrades. The bed upstairs was very squeaky and bouncy and the downstairs bed was rock hard. No Kleenex which is crazy. Weird wiring such that you can’t make coffee and run the dishwasher? Not great to have an unsafe situation with the electrical. Again location is amazing but nothing else special about this place. We didn’t cook at all and was just fine...

'Family of 4 get away. This is a perfect cottage in a perfect location. You can easily walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, grocery store, parks… everything within easy reach. Great home base. Kitchen is well equipped. Great having washer and dryer on site. We really didn’t have any needs that were not met. Thank you for sharing this amazing place with us'

'Loved this cottage! It was exactly as described, close to the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We rented bikes at Newport Pier, about 4 blocks from the house. They do have a small garage but we parked on the street. My husband and I stayed with our 2 teenage kids.'
