I jokingly said that postcards must have been invented here because otherwise no one would believe that such a place exists. The decor of the chalet is beautiful and cozy. It invites “hanging out”. 'Overall, the property worked for our needs. The address listed is actually to the rental property office, but the exact house. So it’s a bit farther out of downtown than it seems, but we had a car and it seemed public transport was close by. Showers are quite small, but normal for Europe. Beds are very firm,but fine for a short trip. Kitchen has basic essentials. We had to wash some of the bedding when we arrived on two beds as they smelled used and sweaty. My uncle stayed in the basement bedroom, which worked out well despite needing to go down the stairs outside to access his room, which he said was cozy. 'Das Chalet Lilli ist ein gemütliches Haus mit einer richtig schönen Ambiance. Durch die beiden Stockwerke funktioniert es auch gut für zwei Parteien. Die Infrastruktur ist einwandfrei (Küche, Badezimmer) und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr zuverlässig, unkompliziert und sympathisch. Wir hatten eine tolle Ferienwoche. 'Great apartment on walking distance from Grindelwald Terminal. Host Doris is approachable and always willing to help. Less suitable for really tall people (over 2 meter) as the ceilings aren't that high. We loved our stay.'
