'What we thought was a room upgrade (corner room with spectacular beach views) during daylight hours turned into a nightmare for sleeping as the constant noise from the partiers and motorcycles/low riders late into the night - even on a Wednesday- made for one of the worst night’s sleep ever. Not sure why they didn’t give us the room we reserved since each one is different and we got a double instead of a king'

'We stayed two nights here and enjoyed our stay. The check-in went smoothly and were greeted by Alex who toured us around the location and made sure we were settled in. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with everything to start off the day well. Would definitely recommend and come back when we visit Key West again. '

'There was a wedding during our stay. Good thing they ended at 10 pm. There was some after wedding partying, but it was not very bad. Next time we will check if there are any wedding ceremonies when we book. '

'The Heron House was clean and excellentl located. Only a block from DuVall Street. My issues we're attempting to find unmetered street parking. Parking is $6 an hour unless that 'free' spot is found. The hotel does not provide parking. I know everyone likes something different, but for me, the memory foam mattress remembered too many people. Unless I laid in the middle of the bed, the mattress would give way and roll me to one side or the other. And the pillows were simply flat and hard. Again,...

'Walking distance to Allegiant stadium. Security guard was there until 5am so felt pretty safe. The room was kept clean. Souvenir shop was check in check out place and they kept my bag after check out. After the store closed, the security guard held my bag. I will come back since I don’t have to deal with smoking smell with casino. '
