Prachtige kamer en mooi modern hotel op 3 minuten lopen van metrohalte. Mooie publieke onsen die erg rustig was en groot. Geen kastruimte en 2 kleine laatjes, onhandig voor 4 nachten. Uitstekende keuken, maar personeel in horeca gedeelte niet erg professioneel, stak schril af bij personeel aan receptie.

When you arrive, you’re welcomed with a cup of tea and some treats. The entrance hall is very luxurious. There is also a bar with complimentary coffee, tea, wine, and sake. The staff are very friendly. The room is spacious, and the toilet and shower are separate, which is very convenient. There is also an excellent washing machine in the room. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Beste hotelervaring ooit, hotel is schoon en nieuw. Het ruikt al heerlijk als je binnenkomt. Personeel is vriendelijk en aangenaam in de omgang. Kamer zijn mooi schoon nieuw en luxe. Ik ben zo teleurgesteld dat ik niet langer ben gebleven. Ik zou iedereen dit hotel aanraden!

Hotel: luxurious and great location, spacious and clean rooms, various cleaning room options. Hotel has a shuttle bus to drive guests to a train/subway station.
Staff: very helpful, give valuable and usefull information,
Restaurant/food: only tried western breakfast. Everyday was the same but had enough options to chose from. The only small complaint i have is the lack of protein options.
Overall: great hotel, would definitely recommend it for those visiting Kyoto

Best hotel we have stayed at so far! The rooms are beautiful and spacious even when travelling with large suitcases. The provided amenities in the room were also wonderful. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Only point of improvement would be to provide more drink and snack options in the bar such as cocktails ;)
