'Beautiful hotel in a great and quite location of Kyoto. Upon arrival our forwarded luggage was waiting for us on our well appointed executive room, it was big enough for our family of three.Very comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, and the most gorgeous view to the mountains. Walking distance to Gion and so many temples. Service at the hotel is top notch. And the shuttle bus to/from the station is a great addition. Could not have stayed in a better place than this. We will certainly recommend...

'On nous a donné une chambre plus confortable que ce qu‘on avais réservé. Petit déjeuner très bon en semi self-service. De 12h à 23h possibilité de prendre du café ou thé avec petite friandises. Métro à deux pas de l’hôtel. À recommander.'

'J’ai été déçu de réserver une chambre « prestige (with lounge access) pour me rendre compte que tout le monde avaient accès au lounge… oui elle est plus grande un peu, mais quand tu t’attends à payer un peu plus pour un service je me suis senti floué d’apprendre qu’il était inclus pour tous.. de plus le lounge est très ordinaire. La nourriture servie ne ressemble pas du tout aux photos (photo style tapas dans des verres). Les desserts dans la valise sont ok sans plus, surtout bon pour Instagram....
