'Ideal location for visiting Kyoto. Entrance to the most useful subway line is right across the hotel at a 2 minute walk. Rooms are extremely spacious, about the biggest we ever had for this price. Subway prices are very cheap, around €5,- for a day pass. Located next to the international Convention Centre in a very good area. Also lots of shop within a 10 min. walk.'

'The semi sweet is a huge room!!! Staff goes above and beyond. The imperial palace is across the street, and the trains and buses are within a 6 minute walk. Make sure to bring a goshuin book with the amount of shrines. Only thing they don’t have is a washer and dry on property. But if you ask the front desk they can recommend one within a 10 min. Highly recommend. '
