'Staff was very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Functional unit designed for a multi day stay. Great location'

'The receptionist were friendly and helpful for English speakers, and the rooms were very spacious for 3 guests, having a washing machine inside the room was great addition and the supplies for rooms were on the receptionist desk free to pick up making it easy for any guests to get basic essentials without going to a convenience store. In addition to that, the hotel is placed in a good place 3 minutes away from the train station and next to multiple convenient stores makes exploring Tokyo easy.'

'Great accomodaties for a competitive pricing. Staff was very friendly and location is top💪😁'

'All good'

'Great place near Shibuya- lots of activities around.'

'Good location close to Asakusa, train and sky tower. We came from a country where we don’t have online everything and found the process to get into the unit initially challenging because the qr code would not load until after several attempts. Also once we got in successfully, the next day the door code didn’t work. The response from the manager was reasonably quick and effective to help us get in again. We were also up 3 flights of stairs so carrying luggage could be awkward for some people....

'All of the above!! Great stay! Thank you so much'
