'The room when we initially entered was extraordinarily clean and spotless to our amazement with all the amenities fully functioning complimented with clear instructions in English and Japanese. Since we stayed for over a week, the complementary room cleaning service was just the same, leaving our room in an incredible state. Plus, we had no worries about our belongings being tampered with!
