'I came from Florida to Toronto on a solo trip. When I arrived here I had to wait 20 min to get access to my room because I was never sent instructions. I was told to use the key pad, which was finicky and then a guy saw me struggling so he helped and was actually able to push the door open. It was not even locked. (I told the owner this and no response- not safe!) I packed enough clothes to last me a few days because it clearly states under the amenities that you can do laundry during your stay....
