'The hotel is situated on the rocks next to the sea and just beside the harbor. Simply the best location possible. The pool is great and the lifeguard and pool responsible is super cool. The rooms next to the sea are simply stunning. We were also lucky to get an early check in. We didn't try the restaurant at the hotel, which also looks nice and also with fantastic views of the ocean. Only minor thing to improve is the general service, where it does not always seem like the employees love...

'We spent 1 night on Vulcano in the really nice Pensione La Giara. It is conveniently situated on a relatively quiet street on a little over 5 min walk from the port, and on route to the path ascending to the vulcano. We were in two neighbouring bedrooms with shared bathroom for both rooms, which was perfect for our family of four. The owner on arrival advised on the trip up the vulcano and on nearby restaurants. Since we were leaving with an early ferry, the (very nice) breakfast was opened a...

'Loved it so much we already plan to come back. Everyone so friendly and kind and helpful, best service with smile and always happy to help. The grounds are perfect, with space to chill and direct access to the beach with thermal water. Breakfast delicious, room very nice with sea view. A bit noisy from the port but we did not mind it. It was so beautiful to watch the vulcano above us. Eros made us to fall in love with this place.'
