'Inchecken ging redelijk snel, nu lekker op kamer na lange reis'

'We arrived last night at around 8 seemed ok then this morning we woke up to our room with 1 in of water on the floor, mind you we were on the 3rd floor. Front desk told us to call customer service. In all my years of renting hotels this has to be the worst experience I have ever experienced. Im calling customer service foe a refund. This was unacceptable at all levels.'

I will note, the bed is very firm, so if you have a bad back like I do and need something a little softer, keep that in mind.
