'I reserved a room for 3 days. I got a call from Anna while on my way to hotel concerning my reservation. Anna told me that they had to cancel my reservation for the first night cause they didn’t have any rooms available that were clean. Couldn’t help with anything cause their housekeeper left work early. Anna said that she would make sure that I wasn’t charged for nothing. I traveled 4 1/2 hours in one direction. I just got word that my father has less than 2 months to live. I will never stay at...

'No breakfast, even though I was told twice that there would be. No clean towels and the tub was disgusting. Also we had to keep asking for shampoo. And found two cockroaches on two different days. I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. '

Kids in the hallway blocking you to go down the stairs. Front desk clerk dressed in dirty clothes and didn't know how to check in customers. Boxes off snacks from Costco all around her. Disrespectful all around. For your safety stay away. '

'Our room was very spacious and for the most part clean. The hotel could use a few updates to the cabinets and furnishings. However, it was okay considering the price. The neighborhood felt safe and was convenient to the interstate. The breakfast was mediocre. '
