'My friends and I stayed at this apartment for a week and it was a great experience. The check-in process was pretty easy, and apartment looks just as shown in the pictures. The manager left us a bottle of wine as a welcome treat! ☺️ Our stay was good overall, even though we did some minor dusting of the area upon checkin in and was a bit concerned about the overfilled trash bins outside the building, but it’s a beautiful decorated apartment. Lastly, it is closer to many attractions around...

'Fantastic location at the end of a quiet cobblestone street. Perfect walkable location just outside of Rittenhouse Square. The property is a larger studio with a large bathroom and living/sleeping area. Will definitely book again!'

'Awesome spot near a ton of fun shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. Nicely decorated! Be aware there is no elevator. Fan and art in bathroom was quite dusty but overall the unit was clean. Bed super comfy! The door to the building didn’t latch/lock unless you pulled it shut so it would be good to tell all guests to make sure to do so. Bedroom is in back of building and was remarkably quiet! The door to the shared deck was unlocked when I checked in so be sure to check.'

'We booked the property as a base for sightseeing and baseball in Philadelphia. Although the kitchen needed a few more items to be truly functional for cooking, we were able to heat and prepare breakfasts and some evening meals there. Personally, a comfy chair and plush rug would have enhanced the tiled spaces for me. The extra hurdles of check-in/security deposit/uploading a pic did not deter us but could be off-putting. Proximity to transportation and downtown was very nice!'

'The listing pictures are accurate. Rental was clean. Location was excellent with a nice Turkish coffee shop next door. Street parking was easy and free. Communication with the host could have been better: I asked a question immediately after booking months before pur stay and never got a response. We still had no communication from the host the day before check in and I had to reach out to VRBO and get the hosts contact info before I received any communication.'
