'Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....

'Great location, amenities were all I needed'

'Our stay was good and we appreciated the host’s communication! We had enough room for the 3 of us. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The garbage collection occurred on one of the mornings of our stay and it was quite loud and woke us up an hour earlier than we would’ve wanted but that’s not something the host can control of course.'

'The location and space of the apartment were really great. So much of it worked perfect for our stay. However, there were some things missing or that could be improved. For starters, towels were provided but no wash cloths. The arrival instructions were inaccurate, the message said the key would be in the lockbox outside of the building but it was not in there. It wasn’t until the second day of our stay that I received a message with where the key should be. Thankfully we already figured it out...

'BEWARE!!!! The listing is untruthful and there are hidden charges. Trying to check in was a nightmare. The listing claimed Plenty of Parking, what a lie. You’ll have to pay for parking in their lot and they add on a pet fee and a 250!!! charge in case anything is broken. It’s a shame it’s so poorly managed because it’s a beautiful unit with 12 foot ceilings and magnificent wooden floors. But add to that how slow the elevators are and demand a low floor just in case you end up taking the...

'The apartment appears to have been recently renovated and is fairly well put together. There is street parking available in the vicinity, but be sure to check the signs. There are several relatively easy improvements the host could make to improve the property, though: 1. Replace the couch - saggy in the middle and with springs popping up on either side 2. The door to the bedroom doesn't close 3. There was only one towel (bath towel). It would have been nice to have a wash cloth and hand towel...
