'The location and ease of getting in to the property was great, and perfect if just needing somewhere to sleep. However, this is a basement apartment that is very dark with little natural light, so not somewhere to hang out at during the day. Also, would recommend installing a microwave so that food can be heated/ reheated. Overall very clean and neat. Communication with host was excellent and would definitely consider staying again'

'This is a no frills studio apartment that is in an excellent walkable location. Located just steps away from the Reading Market, you have access to a large amount of food options. The property actually sits in China Town and there again allows access to many food options. The unit itself has the amenities you need with fridge, stove, microwave and utensils. It is clean and the bed is comfortable. We had some issues with noisy neighbors the first night, but the host rectified that...

'This was a lovely, very conveniently located loft apartment. Comfortable, clean and a safe feeling neighborhood. Parking was one block away for an extra charge. It is a converted loft so you can hear the neighbors pretty easily but it wasn't a problem for us. BYOB coffee. There's a good market down the block to get staples. This is a "Bespoke" property so additional requirements and communication is through its app.'

'AI Filters are being used in the advertisement. The wood is rotted and the building is quite old/delipidated . The electricity kept going off upstairs due to bad wiring. So it was very hot and unable to be cooled down. Some outlets worked some did not. The dishes had caked on dirt.'
