It was clean and comfortable and the communication with the owner was excellent. The pontoon boat and kayaks were so much fun and the lake beyond peaceful! Caught numerous bass on the lake using the row boat to go out. There is no public access so the lake remains peaceful with no noise or wake from people on boats doing water sports.
