'Bij 1 van de badkamers was het bad/douche onbruikbaar omdat er een lekkage uit het plafond kwam. Keuken was behoorlijk incompleet, er waren geen pannen en nauwelijks kookgerei. De beheerder hebben we hierop gewezen en deze heeft dagelijks aanvulling beloofd en excuses gemaakt. Uiteindelijk is de keuken nooit aangevuld geweest en hebben we alle dagen buiten de deur moeten eten.'

'We enjoyed our stay very much. The manager/owner was waiting for us, and showed us around. Ubers were easy from this location. No cable tv - just Roku, which was new to us and fun to play with. The bed was amazingly comfy, and we were thrilled to have access to a Keurig coffee maker WITH coffee already there. It was humid while there, and the AC was awesome. Lots of blankets for your use. 'The place was exactly as the pictures show on the listing . Very clean and roomy for 3 people to stay . The manager was extremely helpful and replied back quickly. We enjoyed our stay . Shops and restaurants were a 3 minute drive or 14 minute walk. . The only problem was the pool wasn’t available due to maintenance work so was a little disappointed. I would definitely recommend this place for another stay in Houston .'

'The host responded quickly and was very nice. However, there were a few broken things in the apartment-like the window blinds and the towel rack. The bath towels were stained. The patio had a bad smell. Some of the neighbors were loud. Once of them had a loud motorcycle and we could hear the people in the unit above us walking around all night. The power also went out while we were there and we had to call the host to have it turned back on.'

'Upon checking in, we had some concerns about the unit. We contacted the host and she immediately addressed concerns and went over and above to ensure we had a pleasant stay. 'The apt was very nice and had the amenities that we needed. And it was very close to NRG that we needed to be close to. They were quick to respond. Although the apt was nice. The only parking was on the very top floor of the parking garage. Be prepared to walk the stairs down.'

Called 6 different time over 4 hours and couldn't get answer. Messages me next morning saying I did give you code for the house door but I was looking for the gate door to be opened so I could reach the house. 'Loved the place, the accent walls are a great touch to it, also with the LED light . Great experience. Very clean and quiet area. Definitely would recommend it to others.'

'So much is right here, from decor to food to personnel, so that it was hard to understand why such a hotel is stillstuck in the Holiday-Inn past with its ac system blasting cold air in noisily. I want quiet so that I can sleep, I do not want a draft and I do not want a cold room, not in the least because this destroys the planet.'

'De kamer was in zeer slechte staat. In de eerste kamer was het toilet verstopt en in beide kamers was er geen ventilatie. We moesten de deur naar de gang open zetten als we gedoucht hadden. Condens hing in de badkamer aan het plafond en druppelde naar beneden. Deze druppels hadden een bruinige kleur omdat het plafond ook niet helemaal schoon was.
