'The hotel is just new and has all the potential for a great stay, but currently some of the little things just make it not a 5/5. Our room wasn’t clean (there were nail clippings in the sink!) and when we mentioned it to the desk, it took 2 days for it to be actually cleaned.. in tulum you basically go everywhere by bike, but a 2 person room only gets 1 bike.. so you still end up paying. 'Absolute fantastic time here. Pictures don’t do this place justice. Was here for 5 days for my girlfriend’s birthday and we didn’t want to leave. From the outdoor showers, to the orange cat that was out and about. Our little treehouse room was so romantic. Would recommend 10 times over. We’ll be back soon. Big shoutout to Samantha and the rest of the azul team for always being so warm and helpful for everything and anything we needed! '

'We loved our stay at Diamante K, it was more than we expected. Very peacefull, paradise beach, close by the Ruins. It’s further away from the hotel strip, so if you want to go out for dinner you need to take a taxi, these are cheap tho, so for us it was no problem. I would for sure recommend this place to anyone. "The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are cleaned very well every day. The resort is large and incredibly spacious, beautifully green with wildlife. I was a bit disappointed with the food. It could be more varied, in my opinion. There are several swimming pools and a private beach with bars where you can order good drinks. The adjacent Xcaret park is highly recommended for children, but definitely for adults as well."
