'Room was always clean and fresh. Beach towels replaced daily. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff bringing drinks were around continuously. Entertainment team was on point. Food was delicious. The beach is eroding, but nothing that the resort is responsible for. This was our second stay at this resort and we would definitely go back.'

"The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are cleaned very well every day. The resort is large and incredibly spacious, beautifully green with wildlife. I was a bit disappointed with the food. It could be more varied, in my opinion. There are several swimming pools and a private beach with bars where you can order good drinks. The adjacent Xcaret park is highly recommended for children, but definitely for adults as well."
