'Very nice place '

'The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are cleaned very well every day. The resort is large and incredibly spacious, beautifully green with wildlife. I was a bit disappointed with the food. It could be more varied, in my opinion. There are several swimming pools and a private beach with bars where you can order good drinks. The adjacent Xcaret park is highly recommended for children, but definitely for adults as well.'

'Mooie locatie, vriendelijke bediening, goede kwaliteit van het eten en drankjes. Alleen jammer dat het strand aan het hotel zelf erg klein en minder goed gelegen is. Je kan wel naar het strand bij de nabijgelegen hotels die wel mooie stranden hebben, maar dan kan je natuurlijk niet genieten van de barservice.'

'Our stay was amazing! The staff was great, especially Antonio (waiter for the pool and beach). He went above and beyond for us and we had an excellent experience because of him. The rooms and resort are very well kept. Our only thing we felt that could be improved was the quality of the food at most restaurants. Other then that our stay was great and we will definitely be visiting again. '

'King room was always immaculate, friendly staff, enjoyed the buffet - breakfast, lunch and dinner —and the restaurants. The evening entertainment was one of the consistently best I’ve seen at an all-inclusive resort. Performers were attractive, well rehearsed and polished, costumes were nicely executed. Disco theme was lots of fun, all the performers contributed to an entertaining show that night because they were also having fun. The Mask was a stand out. '
