'The staff made this stay excellent. I felt more like family at this resort, the guests were also polite and kind as well. I don't think the food was great and the property is kind of small but beautiful. I like that it had a lot of areas to just chill out and relax. I found myself in the lobby area on the bed swing the most. The people who work here made the most difference. They were amazing!'

'Het is een groot complex en daar moet je van houden; het is dus overal behoorlijk druk. M.n. Amerikanen en Mexicanen, met hun eigen gewoontes. Strand en zee erg mooi, hoewel er in de zee veel (grote) stenen liggen en je even moet oppassen als je erin loopt. Je ligt onder een palmboom op een wit strand, super. Buffet was compleet en je krijgt netjes een tafel toegewezen; geen Turkse resort taferelen, men is erg beleefd. Minpunten: betalen voor wifi is zo niet meer van deze tijd. Het enig hotel...

'They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back. Hector at the pool and beach was great!! And the lady that did the margarita class was awesome!'
