'We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Natura Resort & Spa in Mexico. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. We also enjoyed the pools, entertainment, and overall atmosphere. The only downside was the beach. It wasn't as nice as we expected, so we spent most of our time enjoying the resort instead. Bedden en badkamers prima, leefruimte heel mooi enkel de keuken was zeer basic van kookopties: 1 kom, 1 pan. Het restaurant is een aanrader (wel prijzig), de poolbar is een pareltje, het zwembad is super mooi, er is yoga... Het is er ook rustig. 'The room was dirty- sheets torn, stains on linen and robes provides has holes in them. The best thing about the property is the spa. The lobby is pretty and so is the spa area but upstairs where where the rooms are hold a consistent smell of mildew. Check in staff isn't very helpful if you encounter a problem- one lady was and her name escapes me, but I made an error when booking and nobody else went out of their way to help me.
