'The condo is just as pictured! It is really close to the Alice Keck Memorial Park which we enjoyed almost daily. It is easy to walk to State St. to enjoy shopping, restaurants and the farmer's market. We even walked from the condo all the way to the Pier one afternoon and had a great time enjoying the beach. 'This place was absolutely fantastic; an easy 5 stars. It was very clean with brand new appliances and mostly great furniture. The beds were both comfortable. It is clear that everything about the place is high quality. The pictures don't due the back patio justice. It is a lovely space with a stunning view of the city below. After doing some digging I found out from the owner that the property is listed on VRBO, but it should have been taken off over a year ago. The owner is no longer listing it on VRBO, yet VRBO is still booking the property! 'This was our home away from home for 6 weeks and it couldn't have been better - the nicest VRBO of the 10+ we've stayed at over the years. 'We enjoyed our stay in Santa Ynez at Jeanne and Leo’s place. It was relaxing and there were nice touches like coffee beans in the fridge and a banana walnut cake for breakfasts. Santa Ynez is very close although the town is not walker-friendly. Los Olivos and Solvang are also so close and accessible. The casita is comfortable if a little tight in places. 'Situated on a private ranch nestled near Los Olivos we were able to enjoy a fantastic weekend in the lush greenscape the winter rains have provided this season.
