'The unit is absolutely gorgeous!! So spacious and centrally located. It is so well appointed we did not have to worry if we had forgotten anything - they thought of everything: toothbrushes, make-up wipes, coffee filters AND coffee for the maker! So clean and inviting. We were four women on a shopping trip. Two of us LOVED the extra firm beds but the other two would have preferred a softer mattress. 'This lovely old home has the most modern interior that is a comfortable distance to Portsmouth without being in the city. Attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness as well as the fully stocked beverages that can be added to your bill. I was able to reach Doug immediately concerning check-in as I was having trouble getting my home internet and he was so helpful. Should we come back again we will definitely stay here as they even allowed our 58 pound dog Emma to be with us. Emma loved...

'Everything was wonderful and being able to see the beach from the balcony was a plus. The proximity to the boardwalk was super convenient. The only thing I could think that needs some thought is the parking the way the parking is so close to the building made it tough to get in and out. Overall the rental was cozy and my family had a great time. '

The parking spot made for a major convenience, however, it was a tight fit for us. SUVs are better off unloading at the front door on Daniel and then parking in the back. 'House was clean. The hosts were very kind and responsive and helped deal with any issues in a timely fashion. Bathrooms are extremely small and would not be well suited for larger individuals. The driveway is a good size for smaller vehicles. My GMC 2500 fit but was snug getting in and out of the truck. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider it again. '
