'How did this "room" in the back of a house qualify for Vrbo? The floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the arrangement for how the toilet was situated near the "tiny" dirty shower was amazing. You had to step up to toilet from the bathroon sink area, which was located within two feet of having to step down into the tiny dirty shower space. Thank goodness I wasn't over weight. 'Lovely, spacious rental just as described.Very clean and up-to-date. Very reactive host, always got right back to us, which was really appreciated. Great, private outdoor area. Beach chairs available which was awesome. I would suggest adding beach towels. Parking is a bit tricky so we chose to park on street. Quiet, safe area. Lots of food, bars and shopping close by. Centrally located for highway access. Would highly RECOMMEND this place! '

'Staff was friendly. Check in was easy. Way too much money for what it’s worth. The room was very small there was no ice at all on the property. It was hard to communicate with anyone to get extra towels or clean towels. Also someone popped in the pool and it took them all day to clean it and when they did clean it they didn’t add chemicals to the pool to sanitize it. I can see now why this is a one star hotel'

'We really enjoyed staying in The Treehouse. It was in the center of the Sarasota historic district and a minute's drive from everything we wanted to see and do. Christine was lovely to work with, and the apartment itself was perfect for what we needed. Very clean and cozy. If we end up in Sarasota again, we would certainly try to book this location.'
