'This is an amazing property. We stayed in the king suite. Absolutely loved the covered lanai with outdoor fireplace. Used it every evening during our stay. Enjoyed the hot tub each evening as well. Our days consisted of sitting by the water enjoying the view and destressing from life. Property is minutes from downtown Westhampton Beach with great restaurants and shops. Property owner is beyond responsible to our needs and even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy during our stay. Highly recommend.'

'The first thing we saw was a outside stairway that was rotting and the paint peeling off. We had to watch for splinters on the handrail & nails coming up on the stairs to get to the front door. The bad stay way was in just as bad a condition. The bed frames made such a racket we switched to another, but found either the other was loud as well or the mattress uncomfortable. Because of a shelf right above, it was difficult to get into the washer/dryer without hitting your head. The high top table...
