'The room was dirty the elevator did not work I had three room with one room being used by seniors adults who had to walk three stories worth of stairs the other room with two toddler the crib was never delivered, the other room had moldy food In the fridge with an awful smell to the room, then magically a cleaning lady appeared an also the tv was not working, lacked toilet paper awful service for the price '

'When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello!'

'Tremendous noise problem if your room is on the front roadway, provided noise machine and ear plugs notwithstanding. Hotel shows some wear in rooms. Staff routinely provide less than complete answers to simple questions. Valet pretty quick must times.'
