'We stayed for 2 weeks this trip. Blanca was very attentive and kept our room clean. Martha, Jesus and all the kitchen staff are excellent. Lalo is very friendly and willing to answer questions. If you need a blender or whatever just ask! I had seen negative reviews from when we were there in February from entitled people who were rude to us while we were staying and made issues with all other guests. 'The hotel itself was nice! It had two pools, one being an adult pool which was nice! Easy beach access was the best. However, the food was disappointing and not worth the all inclusive price. For that, I would not recommend this if food is what you’re wanting to have a good experience with. & Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back to stay at this hotel.'

'We love this hotel and have stayed here three times. We deeply regret their decision to become an all inclusive this Spring. Puerto Vallarta is a great place to go out to eat and enjoy the town, we are not interested in staying in the hotel all the time or paying for food we wont eat. I hope they reconsider this decision, we would return if they did.'

'This property was absolutely fascinating. If we could give it 10 stars we would.
We stayed in the hummingbird suite and it was breathtaking. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. The drinks were very yummy and the pool’s temperature was perfect. We had one in our room also and it was also great. I can’t stop raving about this place. Our favorite boutique hotel so far.'

'Desde que llegamos la estadía fue excelente.
Tuvimos que cambiar de hotel y nos dejaron hacer un check in temprano junto con un upgrade en la habitación.
Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento.
Las instalaciones están nuevas, habitaciones limpias y excelentes.
