'The description and photos are exactly as the property looks. This is a great little Lake-house. It’s quite literally on the lake: the entire back half of the house sits over the water. The dock is beautiful and very well equipped. Best of all: this house has its own little mini boat ramp: which was just wide enough to launch 2 personal watercraft. This is significant because Kingsley lake does not have a public boat ramp. The house itself was clean, cozy, and more spacious than I had imagined....

'This house is JUST RIGHT!! It is ultra clean and tidy - it's a great size, the beach area is perfect for smaller kids and the dock is little slice of heaven. These owners do a fantastic job of keeping the property in a great shape. It is so welcoming and we never wanted to leave.'
