'We stayed for two days in the apartment. It is clean and located really good for Amsterdam. There are shops around and lots of restaurants.'

'The stairway leading to the apartment was unmanageable, especially with luggage. There were no lights in the hallway outside the apartment door. Needed to use our flashlights. Neighborhood was noisy well into the evening and during morning cleanup. The lock to the building stuck, and was left open because the restaurant uses the door too. Vrbo customer service showed no empathy. '

'This was a great place to stay while visiting Amsterdam. Boland is very easy to communicate with and is very informative. The place was well stocked and very comfortable. Although the stairs are steep, which is common in Amsterdam, my husband and I are 60 and were able to manage them with no problem. I would definitely stay there again!'

'Lovely apartment centrally located overlooking a canal. Very easy to walk everywhere. Apartment was very spacious and well appointed. Derick & Steve are the most hospitable hosts I have experienced. Personally welcomed us and stocked the house with welcome package that included coffee, milk and snacks, fruit etc. They also invited us to a Sunday cruise on the canals with wine cheese and friends. Can’t say enough good things about this experience. '

'Das Badezimmer war sehr klein, besonders das Waschbecken (miniminimini). Man konnte das Fenster im Badezimmer nicht schließen, d. h., es war immer sehr kalt im Badezimmer. Nach den Fotos hatte ich mir alles etwas größer vorgestellt. Der kleine Kühlschrank hatte zwar Licht, kühlte aber nicht. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr steil und klein und die Stufen sind kurz, mit großen Füßen ist es nicht so eindach. Das Zimmer liegt aber zentral, so dass man alles zu Fuß machen kann. nachts ist es sehr laut an...

'The property was probably the best equipped rental that I have stayed. Arild has thought of everything and more. Clean, well furnished and in a convenient location: metro and supermarket round the corner, trams a short walk and right by the Amstel river with a lovely neighbourhood vibe. It was a pleasure to stay there. Communication with Arild was excellent throughout and he was very accommodating.'

'This place was wonderful! In a quiet little cove of sorts, ample space for a family of four to spread out, fully equipped kitchen where we were able to make a full Christmas dinner, and stocked with everything we needed for a week's stay. The host was amazingly attentive and gave us great suggestions for local restaurants. The location of the apartment was great- quick access to both the metro and tram stops and an Albert Heijn just a four minute walk away to stock the fridge. '
