'I have stayed in many apartments in Amsterdam and this was definitely one of my favorites. They thought of everything. There was a convenient light right above the bed with a shelf so you could put jewelry or your phone. There was a plug right next to the bed, which is not something you find in most apartments in Amsterdam. It was on the ground floor, which is unheard of. It had a microwave convection oven combo and it had a stove top too. The floors were heated and it kept the apartment toasty....

'Lovely, clean room on a quiet street in De Pijp, near shops, restaurants and Metro. A short walk to museums and concert hall. We were there during a heat wave and so grateful for the air conditioning. The private balcony was great for breakfast on cool mornings. Ruud and Lisa were extremely welcoming, kind, and attentive, and even found time for a canal tour on their small boat, which was a highlight. As they clearly stated, the stairs are steep, as typical of those older Amsterdam...

'This place was wonderful! In a quiet little cove of sorts, ample space for a family of four to spread out, fully equipped kitchen where we were able to make a full Christmas dinner, and stocked with everything we needed for a week's stay. The host was amazingly attentive and gave us great suggestions for local restaurants. The location of the apartment was great- quick access to both the metro and tram stops and an Albert Heijn just a four minute walk away to stock the fridge. '

'The apartment was very clean and organized. Arild and his team were super helpful with our questions. The nearest grocery store and metro was close by and very convenient. The Amstel River was across the street and lovely to walk along. The Greek Embassy restaurant on the corner has delicious breakfast pastries and the lamb is worth ordering. The next door Self Love pop-up takeout restaurant is worth exploring for its international flair. I recommend it for a night or a week exploring Amsterdam.'
