'Very nice hotel but the staff need more training regarding customer service. That have not cleaned or changed the towels after first day! It’s a 5*hotel and should be done daily! The front desk ladies didn’t informed us about the WiFi password, breakfast and lunch time or to call when the room was ready for check in. Breakfast was okay, but can be better and should have fresh food not displayed (leftovers) second day as well!'

'We visit family in the area and enjoy the hotel and its amenities. Super clean, large room. Excellent breakfast. Staff is awesome, especially our waiter on Oct 15 and 19! I don’t know his name but he was there all day and his service was fantasic! Many thanks for a great stay!'

'L’hotel est propre, les chambres sont spacieuses, mais il est impossible de se faire comprendre. Personne ne parle anglais sauf à l’accueil.... c’est trs compliqué au restaurant, au bar, à la piscine, avec les femmes de chambres.... de plus la nourritire n’est pas variée et elle est sans saveur....'
