'The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!'

'What an epic stay!! I loved both days and nights at ADERO…my family really enjoyed the pool, the food at the restaurant and the awesome service!! In my case in particular, my favorites were the views at sunrise and sunset over Fountain Hill and the mountains, and the fact that I could set up my astrophotography rig in the comfort of the balcony each night to capture some deep space images… amazing clear skies!!!! Thank you so much ADERO!!!!'

'This hotel was absolutely wonderful. We had our own private casita with stunning desert and rock views. The entire resort is lovely and walkable. The pools were beautiful and we truly enjoyed our stay here. We have already recommended it to all of our friends. We will definitely be back except this time for a longer stay.'

'The breakfasts and the late afternoon snacks were fantastic. This is the first time that the paid food was worse than the free food. At Ironwood, it was an hour and 20 minutes to get our food and the quality was sub-par. At Toro service was quicker but quality was lacking for our breakfast. The hotel, its celebration of the fourth, and maid service was fantastic. Room is nice and amazingly quiet. I might stay there again sometime.'
