'Very close to the centre of town, but double glazed and therefore quiet. Good air-con, a useful fridge and clean bathroom. Friendly & helpful host in a pretty place. Very nice, I would go again, straightaway. The town is lively but safe, and clean with plenty of bars and cafes all at reasonable prices.'

'Gezellig hotel met familiale sfeer. Ruime , goed onderhouden kamer met alle voorzieningen. Mooi terras om te dineren bij zonsondergang. Prima ontbijt. Wel direct aan de drukke baan , maar daar hebben we 's nachts geen hinder van gehad.'

'Sir John himself was waiting for us at the apartment complex as we arrived and even helped us carrying our small suitcase up the two flights of stairs. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, had good WiFi, a nice shower and was well equipped. We were not too enamored by the city of Rijeka, but if you choose to stay there, Sir John's Rooms is a safe bet!'

'The hotel rooms were fine. No objections or criticisms. However, the nearest open restaurant and grocery stores were several miles, maybe 30 minutes, away. That fact should have been somehow communicated to us: super off season with nothing to do but look out at the sea. Which was nice in its own way.'

Very nice house
"It was a very nice house with pool. Just like the pictures. We stayed for 1 week in oktober 2023. The weather was nice with 2 days of rain. We actually make use of the pool. This was still open. The house had everything you need for a nice stay. The owners are very friendly. Even our dog was let to stay in the house (above 24 kg). We make day trips to other city’s. Because Labin is beside the old town not so interesting for us. Thank you to the owner for the nice welcome and stay."

mooi en buiten de drukte van de stad
"mooi hotel, enigszins gedateerd maar zeker netjes. vlak bij de haven met wel,zij het niet echt storend, de contaonerterminal. maar alle maaltijden buiten genuttig op het balkon van het restaurant. ideaal om vanaf hier Krk te bezoeken."
