'This is our second stay at this wonderful establishment. The staff is the best I have come across and the apart hotel room is spacious, clean, and makes my family and I feel like a local. And to top it off, 1 block from Kyoto Station and plenty of food and shopping choices all around. Can’t wait to return to Kyoto and book here again and again.'

'The front desk folks were always helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The location is amazing as it was close to the Aeon shopping mall, which also has a grocery store within it. The hotel is also close to the Kyoto train station, which again is a great perk. Our hotel room was just as great as everything else. We had a kitchen, bathtub and shower, and the room was sizable to comfortably fit our family of four. We like the hotel so much that we suggested to our friends to stay here as well,...

'This was by far our favourite accommodation in Japan. The manager was amazing and the accommodation was spacious, traditional but will all of the modern facilities. We loved it and wished we had spent more time here. In fact, once we moved to Osaka, we travelled back twice to spend time in this area and a little town called Sanjo. '

'Beautiful house in excellent condition in a nice quiet area. Everything you need is provided in the house. The phone in the house did not seem to work to call the reception though. The nearest Tofukuji Station is only a few minutes’ walk away with two convenience stores on the way. Love to return in the future; cannot recommend more!! '

'The hotel is super clean. The staffs are so gentle and kind. This is the first hotel that I have ever been giving me all of the amenities and towels daily even though I didn't request. Free snack bar and drinks all day.my boys enjoyed the hotel a lot '

'This is a Beautiful Hotel. Very nice and clean. Staff is courteous. Nice that they have complimentary beverage station. Comfortable beds. The bathrooms and shower are wonderful with all the toiletries that you need! Close to Kyoto Station and great walkable distance to nearby shopping, restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here.'

'My son and I traveled from Portland Oregon to celebrate his graduation from high school. This was our favorite place we’ve stayed in our short 8 day whirl wind trip. So Kyoto feels more like an Air B&B than a hotel, which we love! It felt like home. Thank you So Kyoto I hope to come back and stay again! '

'Wonderful hotel, giving a relaxing feel inside the city. Very nice traditional Japanese breakfast box. Although a bit away from the main sights, it is conveniently located on some bus lines, so in the end easy to reach all the places we wanted to visit. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Een hotel dicht bij Kyoto station.

"Een hotel dichtbij het station. Kamers voor het oog schoon maar bij het openen van de kast dwarrelde het stof naar beneden. In 1 kamer werkte de airco niet goed maar een kamerwisseling was niet mogelijk. Voor het zwembad en de fitness moet je extra betalen."
